The Mazda software seems to be at least two years old according to the ‘About’ splash screen but the application is dated 16-May-17 08:26. The current downloadable version of Mazda Toolbox for MAC (Version 4.3 (067913)) doesn’t work (is incompatible) with the latest version of Apple Mac Operating System - macOS Sierra Version 10.12.5 which is the latest version. Fairly sharp e-mail sent to my local Mazda dealer. Oh and I can’t create a new ID unless I use a different e-mail address… ![]() Every other internet application works - am I missing a trick somewhere? I suspect I am being a bit thick but I worked in IT in a big corporate for 35 years so I think I understand things. Likewise when I use the web-based system ( ) it shows me the one from the old car and I cannot see any way of removing it (an ‘Alpine’ Model) and replacing it with the current one. If I knew the name of the server I could check it it is down but I don’t seem to have any information on that.Ħ5mbs download speed and 20 mbs upload speed over WiFi Please try again.’ Restarts, removing SD card, just about everything doesn’t have any effect whatsoever. Been trying all afternoon to use the Mazda Toolbox to connect to the Naviextras Update Server (and yes SD card from car is in the slot in my Apple Mac) and all I get is ‘Server Error - There has been an issue connecting to the Naviextras update server. ![]()
